Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from purchase date.Please fill out the contact form ,and we will be glad to assist you.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. All returns will incur a $10 return label fee which will be charged  back to the original form of payment.
